Why photos in your own Google Drive
- The originals live in a Google Drive you own, not a stranger's cloud you rent.
- No shared album to expire, hit a storage cap, or lock your photos behind someone else's account.
- Automatic screening keeps your Drive clean, and Papped can only ever touch the files it creates in that one folder. It has no way to see the rest of your Drive.
- Guests need no app and no Google account of their own to contribute.

Is this like a Google Photos QR code for weddings?
Same idea, better ownership. Guests scan a QR and shoot, and the photos land in your own Google Drive instead of a shared album on someone else's account.
Do guests need a Google account?
No. Only you connect Drive. Guests just scan and shoot from the browser.
Who owns the photos?
You do. Screened originals save to your Google Drive, and Papped keeps nothing. The one exception is a flagged photo held encrypted for review, which deletes itself after 48 hours.
